In this industry, all the brands have different strategy for the size. Some brand are creating bigger size to be able to still feet in 38. Our recommendation is to measure yourself to know what size are you ! Our pairs of shorts are only made with high quality material coming from well-known fashion houses. All our designs are based on the sizes used by these fashion houses : the sizes are not necessarily the same as those used by ready-to-wear brands. Thus, we advise you to check your size thoroughly before placing your order : we of course remain at your disposal for any question / piece of advice ! Why don't we use Spandex and why does it matter ? We want to offer you a high quality product, that is good for the planet : Spandex (lycra) is a synthetic chemical material derived from petroleum. It is highly used in the fashion industry because it gives clothing elasticity. Our fabrics don't contain any spandex, they don't need it since they fit your shapes perfectly !

Our shorts have two pocket, one invisible zipper and a hook-and-eye fastening. We recommend to close the hook-and-eye fastening in first place and to close the zipper after to help you. It is just a tips 😊

Madame Signorini in a purpose of reduce waste and protect our planet, source the fabrics in Nice, in the French Riviera in France. The collaboration between Madame Signorini and the supplier make totally sense as the supplier is working with manufactures in the North of Italy where Madame Signorini has their origin. All the tailoring is made in Nice in our workshop by our seamstress Madeleine where she is doing by hand each pair of shorts !

We are using end-stock of fabrics which where intended to go for fashion luxury houses. We buy the remaining stock in a way to upcycled these fabrics and offer you an elegant shorts. Theses fabrics are not manufactures anymore, therefore few pieces by items is available.

We have already a stock of shorts for you, so depend on your choice regarding the transportation, is shipped within 2-3 days. Sometimes, you might receive an email from the founder, because we suggest more size when we still have some fabrics available but in the purpose to avoid waste, we want to make to order. Therefore, you will receive an email, with lead-time for your order, if you don't want to wait, we will get directly a refund. Our main mission is to feel happy about your purchased.

As soon as it has been shipped, we will keep you informed by e-mail and you will obtain a tracking number to follow the progress of your package.

The order is prepared in our workshop within 48 working hours maximum. Then it is given to the carrier and sent to you according to the delivery method and the country you have chosen. Delivery times are between 4 and 5 days for parcel pick-up mode and between 2 and 3 days in Express Delivery

For a delivery made in France : Standard Delivery is FREE Express Delivery is € 12 For delivery to other countries, the delivery price varies between € 12and € 25 depending on the country and the delivery.

At Madame Signorini, we currently deliver to the following countries: France and French Overseas Departments and Territories All the European Union countries. Switzerland We hope that we will open more countries, so please don't hesitate to send an email to hello@madamesignorini.co to mention your country where you want we open for new delivery !!

Your products must be in their original conditions and in their original packaging. Make sure they are clean, unworn and with all tags attached. All returns without a hand tag will not be accepted. Your products must be returned within 14 days from the moment you received your order. If your product is damaged, make sure to attach photos that clearly show the defects. When asking for a return, please make sure to flag all the items you want to return. Only the items selected during the return process will be refunded. If you have to return items from multiple orders, please request a return for each order separately. Madame Signorini monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies.

Madame Signorini reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. The cost of the refund depends of the solution that you chose and at your charges. Fee are at the custom charges. We are a small business so we can't compete with others to have no cost for return but we are working hard to get closer !

The refund will be made within 20 working days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met. Please note, the refund will be issued on the payment method used to purchase your items on our website. Once your refund has been issued, it might take up to 10 business days for you to see it in your statement. Please be aware that any orders purchased with a promotional code will be deducted. We don’t offer an exchange service through our website www.madamesignorini.co To order your items in a new size, style or color, we kindly ask you to proceed with the return and place a new order.
