Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

1. Orders are processed : 

From Monday to Friday at the following times: 8.00 am-17.30 pm. 

It will take us up to 2 days to process an order.

Orders made during the weekend will be processed from the following Monday morning.

Any orders made during a public holiday will be processed from the following working day. Shipping time refers to business days only and it starts from the pick up notification emails.

2. Pre-Orders​:

In case of Pre-Orders, make sure to check the starting day of our Pre-Order Shipments on our website. Shipping days start from the pick up notification email.

We do not ship on weekends or during bank holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery yet.

We are a small team and not robots so we work our hardest to get your orders to you as quickly as possible because we want you to be HAPPY and BEAUTIFUL  with ours elegant shorts !

3. Edit or Cancel 

To edit or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service at hello@madamesignorini.co within 12 hours from the placement of your order.

Note that no edit or cancellation requests can be approved if your order is already being prepared for shipment, even if sent within the 12-hour window.

Please note that all duties, taxes and shipping fees are paid by the customer and are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for tracking theirs shipments. If the package cannot be delivered, the carrier will hold it for a few days and will request the customer to arrange a new delivery. If a new delivery is not arranged within a couple of days, the package will be returned to us but shipping costs will not be refunded.

If the customer refuses the parcel upon delivery, the shipment is sent back to us. In this situation, shipping costs will not be refunded.​

For others countries, cost might varies.​

5. Delivery

​

At the time of delivery, the customer will receive an information email with the tracking number for the shipment, which can be monitored.

​

On the time of the arrival of orders, the customer is requested to carefully control the package before signing as proof delivery.

​

If, for any reason, the package seems to be tampered with or if the duct tape does not appear intact, the customer is requested to sign for goods unchecked or to refuse the delivery.

In the event that delivery is accepted with an unauthorized signature or if the package shows signs of any tampering, the customer is requested to immediately notify the local courier’s office and to contact us at the following email address hello@madamesignorini.co

6.  Defects:

If, despite all of our quality assurance checks, there is still a slight defect with your product, please contact within 24h our Customer Service department at hello@madamesignorini.co

​

Don’t forget to send a picture of the item and defect in question – this will help us solve your problem as efficiently as possible.

​

Madame Signorini se réserve le droit d'annuler ou de refuser toute commande d'un client avec lequel il existerait un litige relatif au paiement d'une commande antérieure ou qui présenterait à ses yeux une quelconque forme de risque.
Toute commande vaut acceptation des prix et description des articles disponibles à la vente.


Madame Signorini s'engage à honorer les commandes reçues sur le site Internet uniquement dans la limite des stocks disponibles. A défaut de disponibilité d'un ou plusieurs article(s) commandé(s), Madame Signorini s'engage à en informer le client dans les plus brefs délais, et le cas échéant à le rembourser au plus tard dans les 30 jours suivant le paiement des sommes versées. La commande du client sera alors automatiquement annulée.

Return & Exchange

1. Return :

  • Your products must be in their original conditions and in their original packaging. Make sure they are clean, unworn and with all tags attached.

 

  • All returns without a hand tag will not be accepted.

 

  • Your products must be returned within 14 days from the moment you received your order.

 

  • If your product is damaged, make sure to attach photos that clearly show the defects.

 

When asking for a return, please make sure to flag all the items you want to return.

 

Only the items selected during the return process will be refunded. If you have to return items from multiple orders, please request a return for each order separately.

 

Madame Signorini monitors returns to identify potential misuse or abuse of our return policies.

2. Get a refund

​

The refund will be made within 20 working days upon reception of the return and if all the conditions mentioned in the return procedure are met.

 

Please note, the refund will be issued on the payment method used to purchase your items on our website.

 

Once your refund has been issued, it might take up to 10 business days for you to see it in your statement.

Please be aware that any orders purchased with a promotional code will be deducted.

3. Return Fees

Madame Signorini reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.

 

The cost of the refund is on your charge.

​

We don’t offer an exchange service through our website www.madamesignorini.co

 

To order your items in a new size, style or color, we kindly ask you to proceed with the return and place a new order.
